These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Private Wellness website and any booking, package, add-ons, or other services purchased from us. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or making a booking.

By accessing or using our website, or by confirming a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and all individuals included in your booking.

In these Terms, “Private Wellness”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Private Wellness Ltd, registered at 378 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, England, B90 4AQ. “You” and “your” refer to anyone using our website or making a booking with us.

2. Eligibility

By making a booking, you confirm that you and all guests attending are at least 16 years of age. You are responsible for ensuring that all members of your party meet this age requirement. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made through the booking system via our website.
  • Sessions are available for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 guests, for durations of between 2 and 6 hours, subject to availability.
  • When you book, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring the details you provide are correct.
  • Booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us and any required payment or deposit has been successfully received.
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your start time to ensure your session begins promptly. Late arrival may reduce your session time.

4. Packages, add-ons and pricing

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (£). 
  • Any food and drink we provide is non-alcoholic. 
  • We offer a range of packages (such as Standard, Romantic and Bridal) and optional add-ons such as food and drink platters, face masks and celebration extras. Current details and prices are shown on our website.
  • We may change our packages, add-ons and prices at any time. The price that applies to your booking is the one shown on our website at the time of the booking.

5. Payment

  • Payment is taken at the time of booking.
  • Online payments are handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

6. Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

We understand that plans sometimes change. The following terms apply:

  • Rescheduling: All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Bookings can be rescheduled if requested at least 5 days before the scheduled session, subject to availability. Requests made within 5 days of the scheduled session cannot be accommodated.
  • If we cancel: If we have to cancel your booking because of circumstances beyond our control, we will let you know as soon as we can and offer you a new date or a full refund.

7. Your account

You don’t need an account to use our website, but you can create one to manage your bookings. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

8. Health, safety and fitness to use the facilities

Our facilities include heat- and water-based experiences. Some are not suitable for everyone, for example if you are pregnant or have certain medical conditions. It is your responsibility to make sure that you and your guests are fit to use the facilities. Please read our Private Wellness Guidelines before your visit and follow all safety information and instructions from our team. If in doubt, please seek medical advice before booking.

9. Guest conduct

By booking, you agree that you and your party will follow our Private Wellness Guidelines, including the rules on hygiene, behaviour, age and use of the facilities. We may refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, anyone who breaks these Guidelines, behaves inappropriately, or puts the safety, wellbeing or comfort of others at risk, without refund.

10. Smoking, Alcohol and Substance Use

Smoking, vaping, alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Private Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with this policy without refund.

11. Damage to the premises

You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or your guests cause to our premises, facilities or equipment, and you agree to pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

12. Personal belongings

Please look after your belongings. Lockers are available for your footwear and personal items. We do not accept responsibility for loss, theft of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, except where it is caused by our negligence.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, video, logos, branding and design, belongs to Private Wellness. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking is the version that applies to you.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
